Calibrated Under Packing

VeraPak

It is vital for a high quality finish in any of the printing processes that an optimum and even pressure is obtained and to do this high quality precision underpacking or Manilla packing is required. We  supply fibre and plastic adhesive and non adhesive underpackings.

To avoid irregularities, which can lead to stripes or cloud spots, we recommend the high quality Verapak for which we are the European Distributers.

VeraPak is a Premium quality Press Packing available in the standard range of thicknesses from 0.05 mm to 0.5 mm. Each sheet is clearly stamped with the thickness and most importantly the grain direction for ease of fitment.

VeraPak is Precision Engineered to give it a premium quality and given an Anti-Corrosion Treatment, which is ideal when fitted for long periods of time to protect the machinery. With an outstanding Uniform Caliper and Excellent Density it will rival any competing Under Packing.

VeraPak has also been engineered to be Resistant to Press Wicking and given an excellent Anti-Slip treatment, which gives it a Highly Dependable Performance.

Manila Packing 

As well as VeraPak we also offer a range of standard coloured packing or Manila Packing to distinguish thickness. Like the rest of our packing range this can be cut to size and available in both small piece orders and also in bulk.

The range of colours with their own matching thicknesses (mm) are: snowwhite (0.05), light blue (0.075), grain (0.1), light brown (0.125), brown (0.15), rose (0.175), green (0.2), golden (0.25), lemon (0.3), blue (0.4), grey (0.5)

Plastic Packing 

Included in the underpacking is also plastic packing which includes both Non Adhesive and Self Adhesive packing.
